Rider responsibility
Every rider is responsible for their own road decisions, laws, protective equipment, bike condition, route choices, and conduct at meets.
Usage overview
This plain-language overview explains how Crimson Society should be approached as a rider app, public brand, and community platform.
Important note
Final terms should be reviewed and published before broad public launch. This page is here to set responsible public expectations while the website remains in preview (RC1).
Usage basics
Crimson Society can support coordination and rider connection, but it does not remove personal responsibility from the road.
Every rider is responsible for their own road decisions, laws, protective equipment, bike condition, route choices, and conduct at meets.
Crimson Society is built for respect and real riders. Harassment, abuse, and reckless behavior do not belong in the society.
App tools can help with coordination and context, but riders should always prioritize local laws, road conditions, and emergency guidance.
App features, Blackcard access, merch, shop experiences, and drops may change, pause, or be unavailable as Crimson Society evolves.
Merch and Blackcard
Merch, Blackcard, member products, and future drops are public brand concepts connected to the website shop and app experience. Product details and pricing are shown on each product page. Checkout appears only when a checkout link is connected. This website does not add checkout logic, shipping timelines, return policy claims, or refund promises.
For product questions, use Contact. Final shipping, returns, refunds, and purchase terms should be published before broad public launch.
Availability
Crimson Society may update, add, remove, pause, or limit features as the app grows. The public website should describe the product honestly without promising permanent availability.
